Lake Hla

The lake seems to go on forever. Standing on the shore, you can barely see the other side. The lake, littered with islands, ranging from sandbanks to forested islands, glitters in the sunlight. The water remains a gloriously cool temperature all year as it feeds from the snowcaps of the Tora Mountains. However, in winter, the lake freezes over, providing a new world to explore. In the warmer months, many gather here, for fishing, picnics or just exploring. This is a wonderous place to be.
